We currently deliver within Greater Cairo only.
If your location falls outside Greater Cairo, please contact us before placing an order to check availability.

Some products are made to order. Production begins once your order is confirmed, while other items are ready made stock

Orders are typically delivered within 14 business days from order confirmation.
Please note:
Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on order volume or peak seasons.

A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders within Greater Cairo. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout. In case of refusal to receive the shipped item(s) customer will be required to cover the shipping fees.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details.
The customer must ensure suitable access for delivery (elevator access, stair clearance, etc.).
Additional fees may apply if special handling is required due to building access limitations.

Customers are encouraged to inspect items at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately.
