Orders and Shipping
We currently deliver within Greater Cairo only. If your location is outside Greater Cairo, please contact us before placing an order to check delivery availability.
Some products are ready-made and available in stock, while others are made to order. For made-to-order items, production begins once your order is confirmed.
Orders are typically delivered within 14 business days from order confirmation. Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume or peak seasons.
A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders within Greater Cairo. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
If an order is shipped and refused at delivery, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fees.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details when placing an order and ensure that the delivery location is accessible. This includes elevator access or sufficient stair clearance if required.
Yes. Additional fees may apply if special handling is required due to building access limitations or other delivery constraints.
Yes. Customers are encouraged to inspect items at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately.
Returns and Refunds
Yes, returns may be requested within 14 working days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, free from damage caused by misuse, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or specially modified products
- Items made according to specific customer requirements
- Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue. We will assess the situation and offer repair, replacement, or a refund if applicable.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued using the original payment method.
Because some items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
