Return & Refund Policy
As some of our products are made to order, we aim to maintain clear and fair return conditions.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 working days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused
The item is in its original condition
The item is free from damage caused by misuse
Proof of purchase is provided


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Customized or specially modified products
Items made according to specific customer requirements
Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos of the issue must be provided
We will assess the case and offer repair, replacement, or refund if applicable


4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return cost.
If approved for other eligible reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method


6. Order Cancellation

As items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After production begins, cancellation is not permitted.
